Refund Policy
Because our products are temperature-sensitive research materials, all sales are final once shipped — with the exceptions below.
Damaged or incorrect shipments
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, thawed, or contains the wrong product, email support@aphroditeaminos.com with photos within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace the item or issue a full refund.
QC failures
If a lot-specific COA discrepancy is identified within 30 days of receipt, we will reship or refund at your election.
Order cancellations
Orders may be canceled at no charge before they are released to the carrier. Once fulfilled, orders are non-refundable per the above.
