Terms of Service

You must be at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher purchasing materials for in-vitro laboratory use only. Orders placed by individuals who cannot make these representations will be refused or canceled.

All products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, food, or household chemicals, and are not approved for diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease or condition in humans or animals.

All prices are in US dollars. We may modify pricing, refuse orders, or limit quantities at our discretion. Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

Products are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aphrodite Aminos disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event will Aphrodite Aminos be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or damages exceeding the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles.
